TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW

FOCUS 

The training program focus in the development of learning, creativity and innovation skills. While acquiring a foundation knowledge and skills necessary for coding. 

As it is predicted that in the following 10-20 years the number and diversity of tools, programming languages, protocols and certificates will increase. Our aim is not limited to learning how to use an specific tool, but learning how to code: how to use algorithms to solve challenges and how to use Matrix-Q Method for accelerated learning, in order to learn how to utilize a new tools or create a new tool that fits the needs of the project and standards of the time. 

 This approach for training is universal, gives a foundation and advanced skills to coders, that prepares them to solve any type of challenge, and use any type of tool.

TOOLS, PRODUCTIVITY THEMES & SKILLS

Our students also learn how to utilize specific tools. Depending on their specialization and stage of training. We update the list and number of tools used for our trainings from time to time.   

Among the tools to be learned: C++, OOP, Python, Java-Script, PhP, MySQL, Wordpress, Game development applications, Unity, Media production tools, Flutter, 3D, Animation, VR, AR tools and others

As well we will explore: Security, Safety, Circularity, Encoding, Ethical Hacking, and others

HANDS-ON, VALUE-DRIVEN, ACTIONABLE, RESPONSIVE & MARKET-FIT

Each training stage challenges the students to complete at least 1 project, that will be brought to the market and enhanced along following stages. Our expectations are that our students will start earning with their creativity from the time of completion of their first training stage on. So that their learning, acquisition of knowledge and skills, become actionable, and responds to market and impact needs. For example the 17 SDG’s, Circular Transition, Climate, Education, and other global pressing issues. 

Students may complete a stage, choose to keep developing their projects with the already acquired skills, pause their education, and re-integrated themselves to the Matrix-Q Impact-Coding School Later on again. We cultivate a responsive attitude to market changes, and disruptions expected in the following 5, 10, 20, 100 years, due to global economy and markets adjustments to climate change, SDG’s Implementation, Circular Transition and New technologies (disruptions)  

TECHNOLOGY 4.0+ MindSet

Applications and projects developed along the stages of training will vary. From smart (mobile and web) and web applications, to biochaking gadgets, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Data-driven Tools (Data analytics), Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, VR, AR, e-games, EduTech, Fintech, Health tech, and others.

CHALLENGES DRIVEN

The Matrix-Q Ecosystem Road Map (see below) already suggests milestones and themes for development of applications, R&D Innovation and projects.

We continuously update and enhance our road map in order to provide to our ecosystem members challenges aligned to our mission in context to the current global pressing issues, which we expect to increase in complexity within the following 5-50 years 

Our students attend to individual and collective challenges, at each stage of their training. 

Challenges are set 4 times per year in diverse forms: Hackathons, Start-Ups Challenges, SDG’s Challenges, R&D Innovation Challenges.

Along the challenges the students performance, will indicate their readiness to receive assignments and projects.

LEARN-PLAY, LEARNING-BY-DOING, HOLISTIC EDUCATION

The Matrix-Q Impact Coding Program utilizes a learn-play holistic methodology.

We give gamified challenges to our students, a foundation set of skills and capacity for learning, they choose the tools and the delivery format for the solutions

 Our accelerated holistic learning methodology matches 97% of the United Nations Standards for Holistic Education
